Is this the worst it has ever been for DaBears?

Yes. We are just not that good. DaBears Nation went 0 for 3 last night despite putting up a little fight in the COMP game. Overall though, DaBears effort can easily be categorized as strugggellingga.
Here is what went down:
6:30 DaBears REC lose to the Boozers – DaBears should be ashamed of themselves or losing this one. In years past, DaBears would have “pummeled the dog crap out of this craphole of a team” as Peters said after the game… But not last night. Bad hitting and bad outfielderring doomed DaBears from the start as this game was ugly.
7:30 DaBears COMP lose to the Dirtbags – The bats woke up a little this game, and DaBears actually played somewhat inspired softball. Still not good enough though as DaBears lost to another inferior team that we had beaten 48 straight times going into this week’s match up.
9:30 – Ditka 6, Misfits 16 – This one was apparently pretty ugly as well. The only reportings that we received was from Jeffrey – and it stated – “we suck, lost 6-16″.
Nick has already sent word to team leaders that “it is obvious Ditka can not win without me”.
Give us your thoughts on the following subjects:
1. How much we suck now.
2. Josh’s lineup skills
3. Teddy cracks the top 15 of DaBears top 55 of all time… What does James think now?
4. Thoughts on Fall rosters?
5. All Star game thoughts?
6. Tony and Jessica? How could this happen?

Is it possible to have gone from pretty good to downright shitty in just a matter of a few months? Or, are we just in a massive slump?

This run started the week after the Night of the Honza. So, maybe we need to reach bottom like we did last year? Or, maybe we are already at the bottom? Or, maybe we just suck now.

I blame Josh, he made the fatal lineup error by having us hit back-to-back.

Matt, I was trying to look fear in the eye and knowingly put us back to back to make a point to the softball Gods. Apparently, that point became “You’re right, we suck.”

That is right bitches the Sprikler is way better than James, Softball Jesus, Alan, Keston, the Worm, the Rattler, and all of you other bitches on this list. Suck on that right now!!
Do you need the Sprikler to come show you guys how to win games again? It looks like you forgot how.
Greatness like that really makes me miss Teddy. The world was a better place when Teddy would challenge his own inneptitude line every season.

Do I need to make a comeback, to get us back on the winning track. I need to know ahead of time so I can rehab my knee, and the rest of me. If not I am completly prepared to finish letting myself go. Let me know…..BTW my pending comeback is entirely dependent on my rank in the top 55 Bears….so you control it from here on out.
Really my only concern is that I am not directly under Teddy….we did that once and it sucks.

I couldn’t get 74 more hits if I played until my Dad’s age…I was mostly talking about using my keen eye to draw walks every now and then, and scoring a run or two per season. And then there’s the tremendous morale boost I can provide.

How about Labor Day? You have to at least play that one.
Labor day…what year? I am currenly on pace for a spring of 2011 comeback…I will be 40. I will try to move it up…no promises on Labor Day.

Romo and Simpson Split- How could that happen?? I know alot of you guys don’t read the tabloids, and if you do…Your a Vagina! Now, the only reason I am commenting on this is because I actually have one (but don’t tell my husband)and back in the day I would hear friends talk about the crap she would do. Does anyone remember her thinking tuna was chicken, or asking if Buffalo’s had wings? Rumor has it, when she dated John Mayer he would insult her idiosyncrasies. Mabey Romo has had his fill(and feel) and wants to move on.
Or maybe he’s Tony Romo and wants to bone more skanks than 1?
I heard that. Better to have 20 of something than 1…..unless it’s a VD, spouse(what’s up Mormans), kids(shout-out Peters).
